Terms of service
These terms govern use of the www.rapidcircuitry.com website, operated by Caropet Technologies Private Limited under the Rapid Circuitry brand (“Rapid Circuitry,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. Last updated: September 27, 2026.
Use of this site
This website is provided to give prospective and existing clients information about Rapid Circuitry's engineering services, to publish technical and educational content, and to let visitors contact us about potential projects. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access to any non-public part of it, or submit false, misleading, or abusive content through its forms.
Site content is informational, not an engineering warranty
Articles, guides, cost benchmarks, case studies, and other content published on this site — including the resources, blog, and cost-guide sections — are provided for general informational and planning purposes only. They describe typical practices, indicative pricing ranges, and general engineering considerations; they are not a quotation, a specification, or an engineering, safety, or compliance warranty for any particular product or project. Actual scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate, signed proposal or agreement, not by anything published on this website.
Ownership of site content
The text, graphics, logos, articles, and other material published on www.rapidcircuitry.com are owned by Caropet Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to this content for personal or internal business reference. Reproducing, republishing, or distributing substantial portions of this site's content elsewhere without our prior written permission is not permitted. This section covers the website itself; ownership of deliverables produced during a client engagement (designs, firmware, schematics, and similar work product) is governed by that engagement's own signed agreement, not by these terms.
Client work is governed by separate agreements
These Terms of Service apply only to your use of this website. They do not govern any engineering engagement, statement of work, NDA, purchase order, or other agreement between you and Caropet Technologies Private Limited. Any such engagement is governed exclusively by the separate agreement signed by both parties for that engagement, including its own terms on scope, deliverables, IP assignment, payment, confidentiality, and liability. Where this website's content and a signed client agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caropet Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including any cost estimates, technical guides, or case-study descriptions published here. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or affects the liability terms in a separately signed client engagement agreement.
Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party websites (for example, standards bodies, silicon vendors, or partner tools) for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked external site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
