About us

The engineering team behind production-ready hardware

Rapid Circuitry is a Hyderabad, Telangana-based engineering company providing embedded hardware, PCB design, firmware and connected-product development for teams in India and internationally. We support defined engineering stages and complete programs, from architecture and prototyping through validation and manufacturing handoff.

Rapid Circuitry was founded in 2020 as Onivart Labs; it is a brand of Caropet Technologies Private Limited, incorporated in April 2021. Based in Hyderabad, India and founded by Aditya Chilka, Rapid Circuitry brings together embedded hardware, firmware, and product development from concept through prototyping and production support. We design; PCB fabrication and assembly run through vetted partner fabs.

Mission

Our mission

We design embedded systems and connected products for healthcare, industrial automation and consumer electronics teams: custom electronics, firmware and connectivity, taken from architecture to a design that can be built, tested and certified.

Through processes aligned with ISO 9001, and medical projects designed to ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 requirements (we hold no certificates; accredited labs certify products), we help clients plan each hardware stage, review designs before fabrication and hand over documentation their own QMS can absorb.

Expertise

Core expertise

  • We create efficient, secure firmware for embedded systems, focusing on real-time RTOS performance, hardware-software integration, and secure IoT connectivity. Our solutions ensure robust operation in mission-critical applications.

  • We design custom hardware solutions, including multi-layer PCBs, sensor integration modules, and SoC designs tailored for IoT, medical devices, and industrial automation. Our designs emphasize signal integrity, EMI compliance, and thermal optimization.

  • We take designs into small and medium production runs through vetted partner PCB fabs and assembly lines. We own the DFM review, test development, fabrication packages and quality checks for industrial, healthcare and consumer electronics products.

  • Standard prototype boards up to 8 layers in 48–72 hours, fabricated and assembled through partner PCB fabs (complex multilayer, HDI or RF boards typically take 5–7 business days). We design in-house and use in-house 3D printing, bring-up and automated testing to validate designs for IoT, industrial automation and medical device products.

  • Software for IoT, industrial and healthcare products: device services, dashboards and cloud back ends, built by the same team that designs the hardware they connect to.

  • iOS and Android apps for healthcare, industrial and consumer devices: pairing, provisioning, firmware updates and live data from the hardware.

Design reviews first

Architecture, schematic and layout are reviewed (SI/PI, EMC, thermal and DFM) before a board is fabricated, so problems are found on screen rather than on the bench.

Short build-test loops

Work is planned in prototype iterations with a defined test at the end of each, so requirement changes are absorbed at a revision boundary instead of mid-layout.

Quality assurance

Bring-up, functional and EMC pre-compliance testing against written test procedures, with results recorded and traced to requirements.

Why us

Why choose Rapid Circuitry

One team, hardware to cloud

Hardware, firmware, edge AI, cloud and app engineers work on the same project, so interfaces between the board, the firmware and the backend are designed together.

Track record

500+ projects since 2020 across healthcare, industrial and consumer electronics, with published case studies that label how each figure was obtained.

Support through production

The engineers who designed the board stay on for DFM, pilot builds, test-fixture design and the first production run, and remain available for revisions after handoff.

Rapid Circuitry is not affiliated with Rapid Circuit (a PCB manufacturer), Rapid Circuits Inc, or Rapid Electronics Ltd (a UK component distributor).
